1. Scope of Services
1.1 Service Description
Be2Clean LLC will provide cleaning services as described in the written service agreement or contract with the customer. The scope of services includes general cleaning tasks, customized services, or additional tasks as specified by the customer and agreed upon by Be2Clean LLC.
1.2 Service Customization
Our services are tailored to meet the specific needs of our customers. Any changes or customizations must be documented in writing and signed by both parties.
1.3 Service Limitations
Be2Clean LLC reserves the right to refuse services if conditions at the premises pose safety risks or are outside the agreed-upon scope. Examples include hazardous materials, pest infestations, or conditions requiring specialized cleaning not covered under standard terms.
2. Pricing and Payments
2.1 Transparent Pricing
All service prices will be communicated clearly and agreed upon in writing before the service. Any additional charges for extra services will be discussed and approved beforehand.
2.2 Payment Terms
Payments must be made prior to or at the time of service unless otherwise agreed in the written contract. Failure to pay on time may result in suspension of services and additional fees for late payment.
2.3 Cancellation Policy
Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be submitted at least 48 hours before the scheduled appointment. Failure to do so will result in a penalty equal to 50% of the service fee, which must be paid before rescheduling.
2.4 Automatic Payments
Customers who authorize Be2Clean LLC to process payments via credit or debit cards agree to automatic billing on the agreed dates. This authorization may be canceled or modified with 7 days’ written notice prior to the next scheduled payment.
2.5 Disputes and Chargebacks
Disputes regarding payments, including chargebacks, must be communicated to Be2Clean LLC within 5 business days of the transaction. Unjustified chargebacks may result in additional fees to cover administrative costs and legal action if necessary.
3. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policies
3.1 Required Notice
Cancellations or changes to appointments must be made 48 hours in advance to avoid penalties. Customers who fail to provide notice may be charged for the missed appointment or rescheduling fees.
3.2 Force Majeure Clause
Be2Clean LLC is not liable for cancellations or delays caused by unforeseen events such as natural disasters, accidents, or government restrictions. In such cases, efforts will be made to reschedule at no additional cost.
3.3 Company-Initiated Rescheduling
Be2Clean LLC reserves the right to reschedule appointments due to operational constraints or emergencies. Customers will be notified at the earliest opportunity.
4. Satisfaction Guarantee
4.1 Work Review
Before the cleaning team leaves the premises, customers will have the opportunity to review the completed work. Any issues must be reported immediately.
4.2 Resolution of Issues
Be2Clean LLC is committed to resolving reported issues promptly and professionally, including redoing specific tasks if necessary. Satisfaction claims must be submitted within 24 hours of the service.
4.3 Exclusions
The satisfaction guarantee does not cover issues arising from pre-existing damage, wear and tear, or misuse by the customer.
5. Liability and Insurance
5.1 Coverage and Protection
Be2Clean LLC holds comprehensive liability insurance to cover damages or losses caused by proven negligence during service. A certificate of insurance is available upon request.
5.2 Limitations of Liability
Be2Clean LLC is not responsible for:
- Pre-existing damage to the property or items.
- Items of high value not disclosed to the company in advance.
- Damage caused by the improper use of cleaning products requested by the customer.
5.3 Customer Responsibilities
Customers must ensure safe access to the premises and provide accurate instructions regarding fragile or valuable items.
6. Use of Products and Equipment
6.1 Standard Products
Be2Clean LLC uses professional-grade cleaning products and equipment. Environmentally friendly options are used whenever feasible.
6.2 Customer-Requested Products
If the customer requests specific products, Be2Clean LLC is not liable for any resulting damage or ineffective results.
6.3 Safety Measures
Cleaning teams are trained to follow safety protocols, including handling of chemicals and equipment, to minimize risks to people and property.
7. Tips (Gratuities)
7.1 Voluntary Nature
Tips are not required or expected. However, customers may tip cleaning staff as a token of appreciation. Tips should be handed directly to the staff in cash.
7.2 Fair Compensation
All Be2Clean LLC staff are fairly compensated, and tipping is entirely at the discretion of the customer.
8. Confidentiality and Data Protection
8.1 Confidentiality Commitment
Be2Clean LLC will safeguard all customer information provided during service engagements. Personal data will not be shared with third parties without explicit consent, except as required by law.
8.2 Data Security
Customer payment information is processed securely in compliance with applicable regulations, including PCI DSS standards.
9. Dispute Resolution

Be2Clean LLC prioritizes resolving disputes amicably through direct communication. Customers are encouraged to contact the company immediately with concerns.
9.2 Arbitration Clause
Unresolved disputes may be submitted to arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitrator’s decision will be binding on both parties.
9.3 Jurisdiction
Any legal proceedings will be conducted in the state and county where Be2Clean LLC is headquartered.
